Lead Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Business Analyst with strong Insurance domain expertise to lead business analysis, stakeholder engagement, requirements management, and solution delivery for large-scale insurance transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

Experience

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years in a Lead/Senior Business Analyst role
• Proven experience leading BA teams and managing multiple workstreams

Insurance Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Life Insurance, Health Insurance, P&C, Commercial Insurance, or Reinsurance
• Policy Administration
• Underwriting
• Claims Management
• Insurance Operations
• Regulatory & Compliance Requirements

Business Analysis & Delivery

• Requirements Gathering & Stakeholder Management
• BRD, FSD, User Stories & Use Cases
• Process Mapping, Gap Analysis & Impact Assessment
• UAT Planning, Coordination & Defect Management
• Functional Solution Design
• Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall delivery methodologies

Technology & Platforms

Experience with one or more insurance platforms:

• Guidewire

• SAS
