Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and commercially-driven individual to join Kubra Media as a Lead Brand Consultant.
This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping businesses identify growth opportunities through branding, marketing, and strategic direction.
You will be expected to lead conversations, understand business challenges, and position Kubra as a long-term growth partner rather than just a service provider.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business leads
- Conduct meetings and consultation sessions with clients
- Understand client goals, positioning, and business challenges
- Recommend suitable solutions and growth strategies
- Build proposals, retainers, and campaign opportunities
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Grow accounts and identify upselling opportunities
Requirements
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Confident presenting and speaking with decision makers
- Commercially aware and business-minded
- Able to manage relationships and multiple accounts
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven
- Experience in sales, branding, marketing, or client management is a plus
