Lead Backend Developer(Non banking)

Responsibilities

.Architect, develop, and maintain backend services of our enterprise-grade portal solutions.

.Take ownership of system level design tasks and collaborate with frontend developers, and other stakeholders to align backend solutions with overall system goals.

.Lead technical discussions and contribute to system design, and architecture andcode reviews.

.Champion a culture of continuous learning, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the development team.

.Lead by example in producing clean high-quality, reusable code following established best practices for scalability and security.

o Developing RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services and databases.

o Reviewing and mentoring developers on the use of best practices and code patterns.

o Perform unit testing and automated testing to ensure code quality and reliability.

o Diagnose, debug, problems and optimize performance bottlenecks in production environments.

Qualifications

.Minimum 10+years of experience as a Backend Developer with strong proficiency in a either C++, C#, GO, or Java.

o C++ experience is strongly preferred.

.Solid understanding of enterprise-level web applications.

.Strong understanding of relational database management systems (and SQL).

.Familiarity with cloud-based deployments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes.

.Experience with automated testing frameworks is a strong advantage.

.Knowledge of modern agile software development principles and practices.

.Experience with any of the following would be considered a bonus

o Enterprise SaaS platform development

o Microservices and message-oriented architectures

o NoSQL /Document database systems

o gRPC, or Message brokers like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
