Role Overview
The AVEVA Application Engineer is responsible for configuring, supporting, and optimizing AVEVA engineering applicationsincluding AVEVA Engineering (1D), AVEVA Diagrams/P&ID (2D), and AVEVA AIM (Asset Information Management).
The role ensures engineering data consistency, smooth multi-discipline workflows, and high-quality data delivery to support Digital Twin, EPC execution, commissioning, and operations.

Key Tasks And Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain AVEVA tools: Engineering (1D), Diagrams/P&ID (2D), and AIM
- Support engineering users (Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation) with application issues
- Maintain engineering data models, class libraries, tag registers, specifications, and datasheet templates
- Ensure alignment and integration between 1D2D3D engineering systems
- Manage asset data structures, document linking, and workflows in AVEVA AIM
- Coordinate with EPCs, yards, and vendors for data delivery and validation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation ) or equivalent
- 310 years hands-on experience with AVEVA Engineering tools
Skills
- Strong knowledge of AVEVA Engineering (1D), AVEVA Diagrams/P&ID (2D), AVEVA AIM/NET.
- Understanding of AVEVA E3D and data integration workflows.
- Basic SQL, scripting (Python/PowerShell), and API familiarity.
- Good understanding of EPC engineering and data handover requirements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work with multi-disciplined teams and external vendors.
- Strong documentation and training capability.
