Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of Service Advisors, Claims Advisors, and Administrators
  • Oversee vehicle service and repair coordination with the workshop team
  • Manage insurance claims and body repair processes accurately and efficiently
  • Monitor team performance and drive sales in maintenance, repairs, and value-added services
  • Any ad-hoc duties as required
