About Job
- You will monitor global developments in Generative AI and Large Language Models to identify high-impact opportunities for organizational productivity.
- Be incharge of directing the end-to-end development of large-scale AI solutions (10,000+ users), managing the full lifecycle from design to implementation.
- Analyze core financial operations, including investment research and asset allocation, to identify scenarios for intelligent reconstruction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and technical teams to integrate AI capabilities into standardized platform modules.
- Transform successful AI pilot projects into scalable, replicable solutions that drive an organization-wide intelligent upgrade.
- Act as a core driver of innovation by translating emerging technology trends into actionable business strategies.
Skills and Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience & strong technical background with a proven track record in applying AI technologies and hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions.
- Mandarin speaking required as you need to liaise with Chinese counterparts who can only speak and write in Mandarin.
- Exceptional business intuition with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to independently decompose and resolve multifaceted problems through to successful implementation.
- Keen technological acumen with the ability to perceive and critically analyze rapid industry changes.
