Key Responsibilities

You'll lead our AI research initiatives, driving innovation in the solution that already achieves 96% accuracy on consulting documents compared to leading LLMs at only 30%. As the Lead AI Research Strategist, you'll pioneer advanced techniques and strategies to push the boundaries of AI comprehension for consulting materials.

• Build and curate comprehensive golden datasets for training and evaluation.
• Fine-tune models to consistently outperform industry benchmarks.
• Create and establish the definitive consulting AI benchmark.
• Evaluate cutting-edge LLMs with structured testing methodologies.
• Optimize highly complex AI agents for consulting-specific tasks.
• Help establish a team of researchers in developing novel approaches to document understanding.
• Collaborate directly with the founders to translate research breakthroughs into product features.

Requirements

You're an analytical thinker and doer who thrives in a fast-paced environment with minimal bureaucracy. You approach problems with an open mind and are eager to experiment, learn from every iteration and deliver exceptional results.

• Bachelor's degree (Master's is preferred).
• 5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in consulting.
• Exceptional analytical skills and strong understanding of the consulting way-of-thinking
• Python skills.
• Ambition and a get-it-done mentality. Right to work in Singapore.
• Location: Singapore
