Our client in Maritime transportation is looking for a Lead AI/ Data Analyst to join their team.
Your new role
- Design and deliver enterprise analytics solutions, ensuring strong data models, quality, and reporting standards.
- Lead development and deployment of AI solutions including copilots, predictive models, and automation.
- Translate business needs into measurable AI and analytics use cases with reliable, explainable outputs.
- Drive enterprise Power BI adoption, governance, performance optimization, and selfservice analytics readiness.
- Mentor analysts, uplift technical capabilities, and ensure highquality delivery across analytics and AI initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders and vendors to translate requirements, manage delivery, and communicate progress and value.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5+ years handson experience in data analytics, BI, or AI roles.
- 2-3 years experience in a senior or lead technical capacity.
- Strong Power BI skills, including DAX, modelling, optimization, and governance.
- Solid background in data integration, data modelling, and modern analytics platforms.
- Experience with AI tools, automation, predictive models, or copilots is a strong advantage.
