Client Consultation & Conversion
- Lead all new-client consultations conduct skin and lifestyle assessments
- Recommend the appropriate signature programme based on client concerns and goals
- Convert consultations into treatment and programme sign-ups
- Build long-term client relationships through follow-up, education, and personalised aftercare
Treatment Delivery
- Be able to perform all signature programmes
- Refine and document treatment protocols, product layering, and sensory touchpoints (scent, music, pacing) alongside the founder
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, equipment care, and treatment-room standards at all times
- Document client outcomes, skin progression, and aftercare notes accurately in the CRM
Operations & Team Building
- Own daily clinic operations: opening/closing, room turnover, inventory, equipment maintenance
- Codify treatment protocols and service standards into training materials and SOPs
- Manage stock levels for skincare products and consumables liaise with suppliers
Brand & Standards
- Be the living embodiment of the brands standard on every treatment bed
- Partner with the founder on service menu evolution, retail product curation, and client experience improvements
