Lawyer (Litigation, Associate/ Senior Associate)

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Lawyer (Singapore-qualified) to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will be involved in Litigation matters and supporting on related area.

Job Description:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
• Involve in Litigation related matter including analyzing client issues (commercial disputes, contracts, torts, etc.) and assess legal merits
• Assist in due diligence reviews and transaction documentation for M&A and investment projects.
• Liaise with clients, including Japanese corporate clients and regional counsel, to ensure clear communication and effective deal management.
• Work collaboratively with other lawyers within the firm and coordinate with external advisors in multiple jurisdictions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare client memos, reports, or presentations as required.

Job Requirements:

• Admitted to the Singapore Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with experience in Litigation.
• Strong understanding of Singapore and ASEAN corporate law and regulatory framework.
• Solid drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
