Collect/Maintain country-specific legal advice on non-admitted insurance (generic, not customer-specific) in the context of non-life, life, surety and reinsurance business in order to keep MIA tool up to date
Support underwriters and others in the Zurich Group by responding to queries about MIA data, foreign reinsurer registrations etc.
Ensure ZIC is registered as foreign reinsurer in those jurisdictions where required in line with the required timeframes by compiling documents, arranging for notarisation/apostilles of certain documents and liaising with external lawyers/partner companies who are in touch with local regulators (very occasionally contact with regulators may be required, but this is not strictly necessary as part of the role and any such interactions could be reallocated to another team member if required)
Support the MIA tool by testing new releases and providing feedback.
