Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

• Ensure that the correct cleaning materials and correct methods are used.
• Ensure that all guests clothes are cleaned and well maintained.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is functioning properly and properly stored away when not on duty.
• Keep the wash and dry-cleaning chemical lockers organized, clean and tidy at all times.
• Report work orders when deficiencies are noted or when maintenance is required.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work.

Requirements

• Skilled in resolving customer service issues.
• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral communication.
• Must show attention to detail.
