Laundry Operations Team Lead

Job Summary:

• Basic Salary: $3000 - $5000
• Location: Sembawang
• Work Week: 6 Days (1 Rotating Off Day)
• Shifts (No OT Salary): Morning: 9am - 5.20pm / Afternoon: 11.40am - 8pm
• Variable Bonus: 1-1.5 months

Job Scope:

Lead and supervise daily laundry operations

Manage staff rostering and manpower

Operate and monitor laundry machines

Train and guide new staff

Ensure safety and cleanliness standards

Support and manage up to 30 staff per shift

Be hands-on when required

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years operational experience

- Laundry experience preferred

- Candidates from warehouse / logistics / factory welcomed

- Good leadership and people skills

- Able to manage teams independently
