Laundry - Clothes Ironer

Key Responsibilities:

• Iron, press, and steam clothing and linens using hand irons or pressing machines
• Inspect garments for stains or damage before ironing
• Fold or hang ironed items neatly for delivery or storage
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of ironing area and equipment
• Follow proper procedures for handling different types of fabrics
• Report any damaged or lost items to the supervisor

Requirements:

• 5-Days work week (Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)
• Previous experience in laundry or ironing work preferred (but not required)
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Basic knowledge of fabric types and ironing techniques
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and handle hot equipment
• Reliable and punctual

Work Environment:

• Hot and humid conditions due to ironing equipment
• Fast-paced laundry setting
