Lashing Supervisor

Job Descriptions:

• Support day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and task execution

• Strategize and coordinate manpower planning to meet operational demands efficiently

• Respond promptly to employee inquiries, providing guidance and resolving concerns

• Conduct routine site inspections and deliver toolbox briefings to reinforce safety and compliance

• Prepare and manage email, reports, and written documentation

• Facilitate transportation and logistics arrangements to optimize resource movement

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Job Recruitments:

• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (required) and forklift licence (added advantage)

• MWAH certification will be an added advantage

• Relevant experience in lashing / container securing will be preferred (training can be provided for entry-level candidates)

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Positive attitude and high responsible

• Preferable PSA LSUP trained

• Knowledgeable in report writing
