Principal Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing functions associated with optical laser products
- Responsible for building and align laser and its optical system
- Take responsibility, ownership and accountability to meet production output
- Performs testing and troubleshooting of complex systems, subassemblies and PCBA
- Test, operate, repair, and maintenance of lasers products that use or incorporate lasers
- Install, assemble and align of optics such as mirrors, lenses, filters etc.
- Familiar to use oscilloscopes, function generator, optical microscope, power meter, spectrum analyzer, etc
- Knowledge of analog and digital circuitry
- Assemble, install and align of mechanical, optomechanical, electromechanical components
- Set-up electronic and optical instruments to test laser device
- Responsible for review of assembly layout, drawings, and sketches, analyzing test data, and preparing technical reports for engineers
Required Skills:
- Minimum ITE or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Technical competence in optical, mechanical or electrical assembly
- Ability to assemble mechanical, electrical and optical subsystems
- Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
- Experience in troubleshooting technical issues
