Landscaping Worker / Gardener

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine landscape maintenance: watering, weeding, pruning, trimming, and soil aeration
• Maintain trees, shrubs, turf, and flowerbeds in designated areas
• Apply fertilizers and pesticides safely when required
• Operate and care for gardening tools and basic motorised equipment
• Clear horticultural waste and keep work areas tidy
• Follow workplace safety and health (WSH) guidelines at all times
• Support supervisors and perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Minimum Primary or Secondary (O Level) education
• Prior landscaping or gardening experience is an advantage but not required
• WSQ Level 1 certification in Landscape Operations (preferred, training provided if not yet certified)
• Positive working attitude, reliable, and willing to learn
