Landscape Supervisor

• Assist Manager to handle manpower planning and deploying manpower at site
• Ensure landscape maintenance is done according to customer's requirements and schedule
• Ability to identify and prevent infestation of pest and diseases on trees and plants.
• Do daily site inspection
• Able to lead and guide a team of gardeners on their maintenance jobs.
• Ensure all safety regulations and procedures are complied with at the site.
• To fetch workers to and from dormitory and site if driver is not available
• Ad hoc duties assign by Manager

Job Requirements:

• Min Secondary education
• MUST have a valid Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course
• Able to communication in English
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience
• Must possess good safety knowledge
• Have work experience and/or knowledge in construction site
• Must have Class 3 licence
• Ability to lead and multi-task
• Responsible, diligent, and positive working attitude
• Must be independent and have good problem-solving skills
