Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance operations,including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing,mulching,weed control,pest and disease management,turf maintenance,and general horticultural works
Lead and monitor landscape workers to ensure works are carried out according to schedule,safety procedures,and quality standards set by the client and horticulture team
Conduct daily site inspections and report horticultural,operational,and safety issues such as unhealthy plants,pest insfestation,damaged labels,irrigation issues and workplace hazards
Maintain accurate records of daily operations,manpower attendance,equipment condition,fertilizer and chemical usage,and maintenance activities
Oversee removal and disposal of horticultural debris and ensure public-facing areas remain clean and presentable
Supervise turf management operations,including maintenance and troubleshooting of autonomous mowing machines and related equipment
Coordinate with horticulture teams on repair and maintenance works,including shade nets,irrigation systems plant labels,and nursery operations
Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance,horticulture, or supervisory roles OR
Minimum 10 years of experience as a LandscapeTechnician be certified in all WSQ Level 3 courses for Landscape Supervisor
Able to communicate effectively in spoken and written English
Candidates with horticulture or landscape-related NITEC,Higher NITEC,Diploma or equivalent qualifications are preferred
Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage for nursery-related operations
