Landscape Project Manager
We are looking for a proactive and driven Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from award to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
. Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning to handover.
. Develop and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion.
. Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams.
. Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
. Monitor project progress and resolve site issues promptly.
Client & Consultant Coordination
. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants and main contractors.
. Maintain strong communication and working relationships with all stakeholders.
. Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on outstanding actions.
. Coordinate submissions, approvals and inspections.
Site & Construction Management
. Supervise site teams and ensure quality workmanship.
. Plan manpower, equipment and material requirements.
. Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality, safety and progress.
Commercial & Contract Administration
. Monitor project costs and budgets.
. Manage variation orders, claims and contract documentation.
. Prepare progress claims and support final account submissions.
. Track procurement schedules and delivery timelines.
Documentation
. Review drawings and technical specifications.
. Prepare work programmers, method statements and project reports.
. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
. Coordinate as-built drawings and handover documentation.
Quality & Safety
. Ensure compliance with BCA, MOM, NParks and project-specific requirements.
. Drive quality assurance throughout project execution.
. Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
Requirements
. Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
. Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in landscape construction (more experienced candidates are welcome to apply).
. Good knowledge of landscape construction methodology, planting works, irrigation systems, hardscape and softscape works.
. Able to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and AutoCAD (preferred).
. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
