- Plan, manage, and deliver projects within established timelines to ensure on-time completion
- Collaborate with design teams to recommend appropriate plant species and site designs that meet project requirements
- Manage project budgets, control costs, and handle claims to maintain financial targets
- Generate detailed project progress reports to track milestones and inform stakeholders
- Lead and manage project teams effectively, facilitating site meetings with end users and main contractors to align project goals
- Source and procure required plant species or identify suitable alternative replacements when original species are unavailable
- Troubleshoot and resolve site issues promptly to minimize project delays and maintain quality standards
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude to foster a productive work environment
