Job Summary
You will coordinate landscaping projects by managing manpower, equipment and providing technical guidance to site teams. You will ensure quality and safety through risk assessments, Visual Tree Assessments, and adherence to project plans while collaborating with contractors, suppliers, and clients to resolve inquiries and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Manage manpower to ensure efficient execution of landscaping projects
- Oversee and coordinate landscaping works to deliver high-quality outcomes aligned with project plans
- Prepare comprehensive risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards on site
- Provide technical guidance and support to the site team to resolve challenges and optimize performance
- Liaise effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to address inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly
- Conduct Visual Tree Assessments to evaluate tree health and safety, ensuring compliance with safety standards
- Supervise all landscaping activities within designated areas to maintain quality and adherence to design specifications
- Review project designs and specifications plan, implement, and recommend practical solutions to address issues or improve outcomes
- Perform other related duties as required to support project success and operational excellence
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Horticulture & Landscaping Management or related landscaping industry qualification
- Minimum 3 years of strong technical experience in horticulture and arboriculture
- ISA Certified Arborist qualification
- Proficiency in MS Office applications for project documentation and communication
