Landscape Manager

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites

• Lead supervisors and ground staff plan manpower and schedules

• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards

• Conduct site inspections and drive process improvements

• Manage client relationships and resolve service issues

• Control costs, resources, procurement, and equipment usage

• Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental regulations

• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and support tender submissions

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Construction or related

• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

• Able to multi-site manage in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of safety compliance and SOP implementation
