Landscape Manager

Job Description & Requirements

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee daily landscape maintenance operations across multiple sites

Lead supervisors and ground staff plan manpower and schedules

Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards

Conduct site inspections and drive process improvements

Manage client relationships and resolve service issues

Control costs, resources, procurement, and equipment usage

Ensure compliance with WSH and environmental regulations

Track KPIs, prepare reports, and support tender submissions

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Landscape, Horticulture, Construction or related

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

Able to multi-site manage in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of safety compliance and SOP implementation
