Landscape Coordinator

Lead and manage daily landscaping operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Supervise and motivate staff, providing guidance to maintain high service standards.

Design and implement tailored landscaping plans that meet customer needs.

Ensure timely and within-budget completion of projects.

Monitor material usage, suggest cost-saving measures, and secure competitive bids for supplies.

Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of equipment and vehicles.

Enforce safety standards in compliance with Singapore regulations, ensuring a safe work environment.

Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on project progress.

Oversee site activities to ensure all works align with specifications, drawings, and safety requirements.

Manage project administration, liaising with clients to update on progress and address requirements.

Assist the Project Manager with additional duties as needed.

What We Seek:

WSQ certification under NPARKS as a Certified Practising Horticulturist is a must.

Energetic, dynamic, and a proactive team player with leadership qualities.

Strong commitment and a positive attitude.

Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Knowledge of horticulture or arboriculture is a plus.
