Primary role is to provide support in design and developmentof projects
Preparing Concept presentation, detailed plans and workingdrawings, including construction details and specifications for the project
Attend project meeting as and when required
Monitoring and checking work on-site as and when required
Liaising with other professionals on the project
Keeping proper project records, including everything fromcorrespondence to reports
Assist in day to day office operation
Requirements:
Singaporean or PR only
A recognised professional Degree in Landscape Architecture
2-3 years of relevant working experience (Fresh Grad mayalso apply)
Strong design and visualization / communication skills
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup,Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator), Lumion, Microsoft Office etc
Able to work as a team as well as Independently and underpressure
An Individual with experience in project and constructionmanagement (with completed projects) will be an advantage
An Individual with knowledge in plants would be an advantage
An individual who is a registered full member or anaccredited landscape Architect with Singapore Institute of Landscape Architectswould be an advantage
