Land Surveyor

Job Description

• Lead, manage and plan the site activities related to surveying
• Setting up of Survey-Points and levels on site
• Plan and coordinate daily survey activity
• Maintenance of surveying instrumentation such as Total Station, levelling instrument etc.
• Assist production team to produce shop drawings, as built survey drawings and actual works - setting out if required.
• Ensure all readings are taken on a timely, efficient and accurate basis.
• Attend site meeting and liaise closely with client on land surveying matters
• To carry out site inspection from time to time as part of project quality control.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of working experience as a land surveyor
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Must have experience working in HDB projects
• Must be a member of SISV
