Job Description

Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities regarding project matters.
Coordinate with various site teams to assess and plan surveying needs. Develop a weekly schedule to support overall surveying requirements.
Ensure all field coordinates and pipeline alignments are consistent with construction drawings and Singapore-approved benchmarks.
Perform accurate post-measurements and compile survey reports for as-built drawings.
Conduct setting-out/TOPO surveys for road features, underground utilities and trial trenches.
Attend all site management and safety meetings to ensure compliance.
Ensure all survey instruments, total stations, and levels are calibrated according to specifications at designated intervals.
Plan and coordinate daily survey work according to the established schedule.
Provide daily progress updates to the Construction Manager or Project Manager.
Ensure work activities are performed in accordance with established Singaporean standards, policies, and procedures.

Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
Proficient in using AutoCAD, and other surveying software.
Strong understanding of civil/construction drawings and survey principles.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced site environment.
Willing to work outdoors and travel to various project sites when required.
