Land Surveyor

Reports to: Project Engineer

Duties:

Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction projects, site boundaries, and land titles.
Perform setting out of building grid lines before and during construction.
Carry out surveys related to land use, housing, and traffic patterns.
Conduct routine building alignment surveys throughout the project.

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or related qualification.
Minimum 3 years experience in building surveying.
Knowledge of precast installation and verticality control is a plus.
