Land Surveyor
Reports to: Project Engineer
Duties:
- Conduct land and engineering surveys for construction projects, site boundaries, and land titles.
- Perform setting out of building grid lines before and during construction.
- Carry out surveys related to land use, housing, and traffic patterns.
- Conduct routine building alignment surveys throughout the project.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying or related qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experience in building surveying.
- Knowledge of precast installation and verticality control is a plus.
