Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles (Land use, housing and traffic patterns etc.)

- Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage

- Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project

- Manage mapping exercises and workflow that capture and create mapping datasets

Job Requirements:

- Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

- At least 3 years of working experience in a related field

- Experience in residential building projects would be advantageous
