LAND SURVEYOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and topographical surveys for construction and infrastructure projects.
• Collect and analyze measurement data using GPS, Total Station, and other survey instruments.
• Provide accurate site measurements and assist in setting out key points.
• Support engineers and architects in design layout and construction works.
• Carry out as-built surveys and report deviations from design.
• Ensure all surveying work complies with BCA and other authority requirements.
• Prepare survey plans, drawings, and reports for client approval.
• Coordinate with project and engineering teams to deliver timely and accurate survey data.
• Perform quality checks and resolve data or fieldwork discrepancies.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction.
• Familiar with survey equipment (Total Station, GPS, Laser Scanner) and software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, LSS).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• SISV certification is an advantage.
