Land Surveyor

Job Responsibilities:

- Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects, site boundaries or land titles (Land use, housing and traffic patterns etc.)

-Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage

-Carry out site setting out according to precom plan, including building works for RC, architect and PPVC installation

-External works survey and control points monitoring

-Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project

-Manage mapping exercises and workflow that capture and create mapping datasets

-Liaise with project/site engineers on the preparation of survey reports etc.

-Assist QAQC team to check and verification of the alignment & accuracy of dimensions for all works.

Job Requirements:

-Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

-At least 3 years of working experience in a related field

-Experience in residential building projects would be advantageous
