LABOURER

Responsibilities

• Perform general production and packaging duties in a manufacturing environment
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision when required
• Carry out packing, sorting, labeling, and stacking of finished goods
• Assist in loading and unloading of raw materials and finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of work area in accordance with safety and hygiene standards
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and work instructions from supervisors
• Conduct basic quality checks and report any defects or abnormalities promptly
• Comply with workplace safety regulations and company policies at all times
• Perform repetitive manual tasks in a fast-paced production environment

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual work, including standing for long hours and lifting items when required
• Willing to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when necessary
• Able to follow instructions accurately and work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and possess a strong work ethic
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and hygiene practices
• Machine operation or production environment experience will be an advantage
