Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle materials for testing
- Set up and operate machines for testing and analysis
- Perform rubber recipe weighing, mixing, and compounding
- Evaluate rubber properties according to established SOPs
- Maintain lab equipment, perform minor troubleshooting, and ensure housekeeping standards are met
- Update and maintain inventory records for materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and SOPs
Requirements
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in a rubber inspection laboratory (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with lab equipment
- Mechanical machine handling skills
- Computer literate
- Self-disciplined, independent, and keen to work in a lab environment
