Key Job Purpose:

Job Description:

To perform routine and non-routine testing on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products as well as responsible for product release.
To conduct maintenance and calibration of relevant laboratory instrument and equipment.
To manage inventory of quality reference materials such as QC reagents and lab consumables.
Prepare daily QC report, relevant work instructions and validation protocol or reports.
Ensure documents and quality records are maintained for easy retrieval.
Manage operations towards timely support to meet factory analytical request.
To maintain cleanliness of laboratory and glassware.
Develop training to build quality and safety awareness.
To handle administration work of factory when required.
Any other matter as request by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

Nitec / Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or its equivalent
Entry level (preferably 2 years in handling wet chemistry and laboratory management)
Troubleshooting skills with various analytical instruments
Sense of urgency, positive and team work
ISO900, ISO 13485 and ISO14001 Quality management knowledge.
Current Good clinical/ laboratory / manufacturing / pharmaceutical practices (cGXP)
