What You'll Do
As a Laboratory Technician, you'll be the backbone of our lab operations—ensuring equipment is calibrated, tests are executed flawlessly, and compliance is always top-notch. Your responsibilities will span across:
Equipment Management
- Schedule and coordinate calibration and maintenance with minimal lab disruption
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all equipment meets safety and regulatory standards
- Keep the lab organized and inventory in optimal condition
Laboratory Operations
- Support lab amenity upkeep and test bench readiness
- Prepare for audit activities
- Manage procurement of lab supplies and chemical database updates
Contractor Administration
- Track and manage short-term contractor schedules and onboarding
- Ensure training records and timesheets are accurate and up to date
- Liaise with hiring agencies for contractor recruitment
Team Collaboration
- Assist Technical Officers and Engineers in routine testing
- Prepare jigs and samples, and document results with precision
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Experience in laboratory operations or technical support roles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with regulatory and quality systems (ISO, GMP, etc.)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Proactive mindset with a passion for problem-solving
