Job Descriptions:
- Prepare blend sheets and adjust formulations of lubricant products for review and approval by Formulation Manager
- Assist in providing technical support to sales team through testing and analysis of products
- Assist to conduct investigations on customers complaints on samples
- Ensure all incoming blending components and outgoing finished products meet specified quality parameters
- Ensure internal calibration/verification and maintenance for all laboratory equipment as well as procurement and disposal of chemicals carried out duly.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and external calibrations of lab equipment is carried out duly
- Assist with the application and maintenance of all necessary government licenses related to the laboratory
- Assist with the application and renewal of the laboratory's ISO certification
- Responsible in maintaining ISO 9001 document control of all quality system documentation and updating documents including standard/safe work procedures, risk assessment and laboratory records in alignment with HSE management systems
- Ensure all chemicals and reagents properly stored and labelled.
Job Requirements:
. Degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering
. Familiar with ISO quality system
. Positive attitude and able to communicate with all levels
. Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
. Well-organized, meticulous, and able to work independently
. Pleasant personality and a good interpersonal skill
