Laboratory Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and specialized testing on materials, samples and packaging products

• Assist with lab setup, calibration, maintenance and quality control processes

• Develop and implement lab procedures, workflows and documentation standards

• Prepare accurate test reports, ensuring clarity and reliability for internal and client use

• Provide technical guidance and support to clients

• Collaborate with sales, technical and operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Monitor and maintain lab equipment and materials to meet quality and safety standards
  
  Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Packaging Technology or related field
• At least 2-4 years of lab experience in materials, plastics or technical testing
• Attention to detail, process-oriented and capable of working independently
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication within the team and with stakeholders
• Good communication and client-facing skills with experience explaining technical findings
