Laboratory Manager (Environmental Chemistry) HCK

Working Days: 5-Day Work Week

We are seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to lead our Environmental Chemistry laboratory . This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong leader with expertise in environmental testing, laboratory quality systems, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead daily laboratory operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely, accurate testing

. Ensure compliance with SAC-SINGLAS, ISO/IEC 17025, EHS requirements, and company quality standards

. Oversee laboratory quality systems, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement initiatives

. Manage laboratory instrumentation, method validation, and technical review of reports

. Lead, mentor, and develop the laboratory team while driving operational excellence

Requirements

. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline

. Minimum 8 years of laboratory experience, with strong expertise in environmental testing

. Hands-on experience in water, wastewater/sludge, and soil testing

. Strong knowledge of SAC-SINGLAS and ISO/IEC 17025 (Signatory status preferred)

. Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience

. Experience in laboratory audits, CAPA, and quality management systems
