- Develop, implement and validate chemical and physical testing methods to support laboratory and manufacturing requirements.
- Lead new laboratory equipment installation, method qualification and validation activities.
- Plan testing capacity and resources based on operational requirements, while ensuring timely completion of laboratory activities.
- Investigate measurement deviations, analyse results and prepare technical reports with appropriate recommendations.
- Support production problem-solving by applying suitable analytical techniques and coordinate cross-site testing, correlation and round-robin activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Applied Science, Chemistry, Physics or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience, within a semiconductor or manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of analytical techniques, particularly trace metals analysis.
- Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), ISO/IEC 17025 and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
- Strong analytical, investigation and technical reporting skills.
