This is a key role in a newly established Singapore technical hub. The Technical Support will ensure clients receive expert technical assistance for industrial and laboratory equipment while helping define operational workflows for the hub.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for industrial and laboratory equipment
Conduct client training sessions whenever required
Develop, document and implement technical procedures, best practices and operational standards
Work closely with sales, marketing and laboratory teams to ensure smooth client experiences and operational efficiency
Maintain accurate service records, reports and documentation for internal and client use
Assist in improving technical workflows and support frameworks
