R&D team in Singapore.
About The Role
- Basic knowledge and experience in food science, seafood product development and a passion for sustainable food solutions
- Develop and optimize applications of our cultivated seafood technology, enabling our team to showcase our products to potential customers and investors
Experience
Job Description
- Assist in the development and optimization of applications for our cultivated seafood technology, ensuring that they meet high-quality standards and align with market needs
- Work closely with the R&D teams to optimize and conduct benchtop trials of our cultivated seafood technology to create prototypes and samples for customer tasting, showing and testing
- Assist in setup of tasting session with R&D and commercial team
- Monitor and upkeep laboratory consumables
- Cleaning and maintaining glassware & cooking equipment
- Maintain good housekeeping of the kitchen
- Other general technicians duties
Critical Skills And Background
- Diploma in Life Sciences/Chemical Technology or other related courses
- Experience in food science product development and food chemistry
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn & independently execute laboratory experiments and tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and skills to prioritize and deliver against timelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong command of the English language
REQUIREMENT
- Must be Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident
You will work directly with other members of our small but growing team to do cutting-edge science and will have the autonomy to test new ideas and identify better ways to do things.
