Lab Technician and Site Support

Key Responsibilities

. Develop and optimize concrete mix designs for various applications in ready-mix, precast, high-strength, etc.

. Conduct laboratory trials and testing (slump, compressive strength, setting time, durability, etc.

. Evaluate raw materials such as cement, aggregates, and admixtures

. Perform plant trials and ensure smooth transition from lab to production

. Troubleshoot concrete-related issues at plant and construction sites

. Provide technical support to production and project teams

. Analyze test data and prepare technical reports

. Ensure compliance with relevant standards

. Research and develop new products and sustainable concrete solutions

Preferred Skills and Requirements

. Experience in R&D or product development

. Knowledge in green concrete / SCM materials (fly ash, slag)

. Experience with batching plant operations

. Experience in other building material example Flooring, epoxy mortar, injection, waterproofing etc.

. Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry

. ITE or Diploma in Engineering qualifications in Civil or Chemical Engineering will be an added advantage
