About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Laboratory Services Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and excellent communication skills, with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Laboratory Services Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our clients needs.
What You'll Be Doing
Provide support to Business Operations Manager and drive revenue and market growth of laboratory services and solutions in the assigned market segment.
Develop new markets for existing and new products.
Maintain accurate and current records of contracts, customer agreements, quotations, proposals, opportunities, accounts, contacts, leads and actions.
Address enquiries from customers and prospects and provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers, and key account opinion leaders.
Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to promote our laboratory service portfolio.
Gathering market intelligence and identifying new sales opportunities.
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Diploma in a scientific, healthcare-related field or business administration discipline
2 to 3 years of experience in laboratory sales, medical device or pharmaceutical sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with healthcare professionals
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Efficient time management skills to stay focused on primary business objectives and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
