Job Summary
As a Lab Assistant at Senses International, you will perform sampling, testing, measuring, recording, and analyzing tasks in collaboration with the lab team to ensure accurate and reliable laboratory results.
Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests including pre- and post-analytic phases to ensure valid results
- Prepare samples and specimens accurately for testing purposes
- Produce reliable data and interpret test results to support lab conclusions
- Follow established methodologies to complete routine laboratory tasks consistently
- Research relevant scientific topics and gather necessary information and data
- Adhere strictly to procedures, company policies, and health and safety guidelines
- Stay updated on industry developments and best practices to improve lab work
- Document all laboratory activities, record results, and manage data entry and retrieval
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the work area and laboratory equipment
- Provide administrative support to the laboratory team as needed
Required competencies and certifications
- Proven working experience as a Lab Assistant
- Familiarity with automated laboratory equipment
- Accuracy and close attention to detail in laboratory tasks
- Strong analytical judgment to evaluate test data
- Current licence or relevant certification to perform laboratory work
- Qualification: Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Knowledge in Sciences, Chemistry, or Physics as relevant to laboratory functions

- Location: JTC Space @ Tampines North
- Pay range: SGD 2,200 - SGD 2,500.
