Lab Analyst #HAJ

Job Scope:

Monitor Product Quality Compliance

- Responsible for conducting routine and specialized quality control testing on materials and products using analytical instruments such as HPLC and GC.

- Identify and investigate out-of-specification results, deviations, and quality issues while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with Quality and HSE standards.

Manage Laboratory Operations

- Oversee laboratory operations by performing equipment calibration and maintenance, and managing equipment-related issue.

- Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of QC data and records in line with operational excellence practices.

Optimise quality and efficiency of department workflows and activities

- Support continuous improvement by participating in audits and inspections, and compiling data for performance reporting

- Recommending enhancements to QC procedures, workflows, and laboratory systems.

Requirements

. Min. Nitec/Diploma in science related.

. At least one year experience in QC lab. Knowledge in operating HPLC and Empower software added advantage.

. Requires to work on shift.
