We have an exciting opportunity with our client for L2 support role. Please find the details below

Key Responsibilities

. Provide L1/L2 application support for Java/J2EE-based systems.

. Troubleshoot issues related to Unix/Linux, SQL databases, and web applications.

. Monitor and maintain batch jobs, JBoss servers, and application logs.

. Support job scheduling, MQ setup, and C:D configuration (added advantage).

. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.

. Ensure timely closure of incidents and requests in line with SLA requirements.

. Participate in rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology.

. Minimum 1 year of experience in application or production support.

. Strong working knowledge of Java, Unix commands, and SQL queries.

. Familiarity with JBoss, MariaDB, Shell scripting, and batch job management.

. Exposure to banking or financial systems will be a plus.

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

. Ownership-oriented with commitment to quality and SLA adherence.

. Eagerness to learn and continuously improve.
