aThe onsite engineer is expected to perform the following Resident Engineer (RE) responsibilities:
- Provide end-user desktop support (Level 1 and Level 1.5)
- Deliver end-user platform support, including troubleshooting and operational assistance
- Troubleshoot and support standard IT peripherals
- Perform basic network, security, and wireless troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot backend servers and backup systems
- Provide support for authorized software applications
- Carry out software installation, configuration, and reinstallation
- Provide remote on-screen guidance and user education
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting for end users
