Job Summary

As a Preschool Educator, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children feel secure and valued. You will support each child's holistic development by planning and implementing developmentally and culturally appropriate learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that fosters children's sense of security and value
• Develop and deliver engaging lessons aligned with early childhood curriculum standards to promote holistic development
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth through targeted activities and interactions
• Establish and maintain positive partnerships with parents and families to support children's learning and well-being
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to build a supportive and cohesive team culture
• Participate actively in centre initiatives, community engagement, and events to enhance the learning environment
• Pursue ongoing professional development and apply continuous improvement practices to enhance teaching effectiveness
